With a focus on developing my capacity to follow intuition and feeling... When I noticed I was listening more to my thoughts than to my feelings, I would place my left hand over my heart and wait for thoughts to recede and then continue painting with a quiet mind and more connection to my heart and soul. I received inspiration and guidance from two wonderful artists who live on the island.
